Professional Development Plan (PDP)
A professional development plan will demonstrate the goals or the action that the person will take, in order to develop in a specific area.
As a graduate student, I wanted to be more involved in the school events and not only teach the students. During this teaching practices, I was able me and my two colleges to create events, participate in events as we helped by organizing the students.
